Everything You Need To Know
The board is setup as shown in the 4 by 7 grid in the diagram to the right. The rules are simply standard chess rules with the added "Shrink to Fit" function that means that any row or column on the perimeter of the board that is not in use, gets erased. Pawns don't have double first moves or en passant, and they promote on the last rank available. There is no castling.
